March 2014 Eldoret Church project is complete.  

In October last year the Higher Vision Centre Church in Eldoret was threatened with closure when the land they occupied was sold from under them. With your help Mission Living Waters purchased a new land site in Eldoret centre close to the old site, over the new year period the members have dismantled the Church building and re built it on the new site. This is the newly erected building now up and in use March 2014. Thank you to all of you who contributed to make this possible, The Higher Vision Centre play an important roll in the community of Eldoret as an Evangelistic fellowship reaching outwards, so we are pleased to have helped them re locate and continue the preaching of the gospel from this place.  10th Feb   the Pastor wrote to me …There are so many testimonies from Mumias and Bungoma.  Our church has new people now and the place we moved to is bearing much fruit. Thank you so much

Eldoret new Church land secured.

Last October we reported that the Church in Eldoret Kenya (Higher Vision Centre) had to move as the land they rented had been sold from under them. The Church has been faithful at outreach to young people and winning many to Christ and helping them, for this reason I felt we should stand with them and try and secure a site for them to continue their fellowship which helping in this poor community. To those who stood with us, a very big thank you, with your valuable help we have purchased a site in the town centre near their old site, the Church members are now re building the old Church on the new land which means no more rent, this will give them greater freedom in reaching the lost and helping their community. Thank you one and all for all you have done in helping this poor community working for the Gospel. 

Eldoret, North West Kenya

In Eldoret we visited Pastor Peter Simwa of the Higher Vision Centre, The Church does great job working with many young people in this poverty stricken area. Mission Living Waters spent some time with the Pastor and saw the work he is doing serving this community. This is the current site they occupy where there is also a small school just to the left of this picture. The land has been sold and they have to move at the end of October 2013. It is our hope and prayer that with your help we can secure some land very close by which would re house their Church building and the school house. The total cost of that land is £2500.00 and we hope that we can achieve that for them.
